Dose this come with USB 3.0 port?
Thinking to use it as HTPC, when paired with G550, is it enough for 1080P vedio, or I should get a I3 cup. Many thanks |

I've gotten two of these foxconn barebones systems (one amd one intel) they are basically the same buildwise however. Both I received from newegg. Both had bad PSU's one on arrival one failed after one month. Newegg was terrible to deal with on the one that lasted a month because I threw the box away. Foxconn was great to deal with. I should probably never buy foxconn again based on my 0/2 status. I'll be excited when I get a replacement system from foxconn because I think this will be a pretty sweet system for ~$120 (4gb ram and celeron g550).

I got two of the RM1-H2s and just ordered another RM3-H2 (all $60). Just opened up one of the RM1s and there is no HSF. I wonder if maybe the RM3 comes with HSF and RM1 does not.
Gonna pair two of these with the following for under $200 each after cash back: i3-3225 $60 during BF 120GB Kingston SSD $60 during BF G Skill 8 GB RAM $25 Doing another real budget build with the following for about $110 after cash back: Need a cheap G530 or similar $40? 4 GB RAM $10 8 GB USB drive to run Ubuntu and XBMC $6 I can't seem to get ahold of Foxconn to get the updated BIOS chip. Always goes to voicemail. |

I have the other version that was on sale for the same price. Used retail Intel stock fan and it was loud at power on then it spins down as it goes. The CPU fan you use would be the source of your noise. When I left the fan unplugged the system was very quiet.
I used the Foxconn to update within the BIOS via local file and did not work with two BIOS from the H67S and one from this barebone. Probably would be easier to to just call and ask for a BIOS chip. Used Pentium G630, 2x1GB DIMM, and a Intel SSD with this build. |

say what now?
I just put a G550 with stock cooler into the RM3-H2... DID NOT come with its own cooler, no cooler in the pictures for RM3 or RM2-H2... and yes I do have an optical drive... Don't go buy an OEM CPU thinking there's a heatsink included when there isn't... unless you wan't make it rain... shake that money tree now...etc etc! and one more "..." for the road |

Also, I just got the RM3 in and it also doesn't have a HSF so I can confirm the RM1 and RM3 didn't come with one. I think someone must have accidentally dropped one in that guy's case lol. |
