I received the cancelation email. I called their customer service and it was the worse I ever had in my life. I've always known this company was bad with the pricing. However this brings a whole new level to the nick name "Screw Value".
I emailed their customer service department. Not looking for a reply back. However maybe I'll get lucky. |

I picked mine up today, but I didn't receive any sort of invoice or anything during pickup. They guy just gave me the box. I guess I'm just going to include my original order confirmation as my receipt. I'll be keeping my eye on this rebate.

Had the same situation on receipt. I specifically asked for it but they said "no receipt to me". By the way, the rebate form does not ask for UPC either. Anyone noticed it. |

So I am giving these as gifts. I was not able to get a receipt when I picked them up in store. I plan to print my order confirmation and pickup ready emails and not include the upc.
Should that work? Has anyone tried calling to find out if this will even work? Otherwise, I think I will return these. |

I called (rebate center), they verified email confirmation will work. Must show form of payment, item and purchase date.

We have received your claim and it is currently being processed. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date your claim was received." i did finally get my pick up email. it says to pick up by the end of the 1st week in the new year or it will be shipped back to the warehouse. so i keep and eye on the rebate status for the next 2-3 weeks and might wait to pick up until right before Xmas. if the rebate goes invalid i could just cancel the pickup.
