awesome, thanks! I was looking for the strawberry flavored ones and couldn't find them near me. This is a much better deal than what i have been paying for them in the store...and flavored to boot. I swear by melatonin!

Read this, i think you may be better off with much smaller doses. I have spent a lot of time dealing with sleep issues, seeing doctors, reading what i can. I currently don't take any melatonin and sleep better than i did with melatonin. There is a lethargy that you don't notice dragging into the next day, which i offset by coffee. Kind of a tug of war between sleep and being awake. Either way, whatever works for you, i wish you good sleep.

Awesome thank you for sharing your research! I like the 5mg because I wake up and don't feel drowsy.

From the article "Melatonin supplements don't induce sleep but rather initiate the sleep cycle, which actually begins several hours before you hit the sack. Try swallowing your supplement a few hours before darkness falls." My experience is that I need to get to bed within 5 or 10 minutes of taking the melatonin or I will miss the effect.
