I just did it and got it for 11.90. Sweet! First time trying this software out!

I just went through the OP's link, and clicked on the returning user button, used last years login and even though it said $17.95, when I check the fees it shows up as the $11.90.
Good to go. |

I assume that all the users who've gotten the 11.90 price have been ones who use the "Download" version. Has anyone gotten the "Box/CD" version using the OP's link? and if so, what was the price (including shipping)?

Link still works for me. Created new 2012 account, finished and said $11.90. Was able to import last year's info and saved time.

I always use TT. Last year used H+R software. Was going to back to TT, but I dont have a very complex return. Filing joint, 1 kid, 1 house and student loan interest as made less than $120K this year. Can I use Taxact?

Did anyone use TaxAct this year and NOT get the text/email notifications about your Federal and State filings being accepted? I filed a few days ago and have not received anything, though I definitely have the past few years. I log into the system and it seems to indicate that I completed the filing process and TaxAct has charged my card the $11.90, but the lack of notifications is worrisome.

ETA: Okay, I'm good to go. I don't know why it said I had completed all the filing steps if I hadn't. Just went through the process again and I had to repeat 95% of what I'd entered/clicked through the other day, but it actually brought me through to the end this time. Weird. Used OP's link today for my parents and got it for $11.90. Wish I would have tried the link when I filed mine to save the $6.05.

I used TaxAct back in 2009 and decided to use it again this year since I missed Amazon's TurboTax sale.
I just registered a new account and got the $11.90 price:

Link still worked - taxes are DUN. First time doing them online - always handed them off to someone to do. Just saved $100 over what my tax guy used to charge me.... that's SLICK!!!!
