TaxACT 2012 Ultimate Bundle (fed+state) $11.90 online version

I clicked on the OP's link, clicked on the left for returning users. After logging in and checking the fee page, it still shows my previous deal of $13.95. I couldn't get the $11.90. Is the deal dead or have I done something wrong?

this is messed up. I tried to get the 11.90 price for both fed and state and now under "MY TaxAct" and "Fees" it simply says TaxAct Deluxe Federal $9.95.

How do I fix this? If nothing else, I just want to go back to the Free Federal return.

You should know better, never contact customer service for any deal. This will most likely end the deal for everyone after us. You should just create a new a username and import using your old one.

In general cs reps are unable to grant price adjustments calling for deals found on SD will kill the deal.
