Not really a "deal"... The Rampage goes for $22-$25.. The Retaliator is about $22-$25.. and the Hailfire is $29.99.

During the few weeks leading up to Christmas, the Hailfire was ~ $30, the Retaliator was ~ $22, and the Rampage was ~ $24. The Rampage dropped to just under $19 at Target on Black Friday, but I don't know if any of those prices are still current, so if you missed out, this wouldn't be a bad way to complete the set. Though if you buy the Hailfire in-store, you can probably still find the Walmart exclusive value packs that include 4 extra clips and 24 extra darts with the Hailfire, so you have a clip for every slot without having to buy that $15 expansion kit.

and the Hail-fire is terrible.. The only way its actually useful is if it has (4) 35-dart drums in it as the handle-clip-changing mechanism is awkward and not as stable as it should be. But having 4 drums in it makes it bulky/not practical.
Additionally the Hail-fire really screws up your darts (the way it feeds through), puts permanent indents in the darts. Fail gun is fail. |
