*EDIT* Lowes has the 20 minute guarantee in place, meaning that after placing your order online- it should be ready for pick up within 20 mins (unless given a different pick up date). If anyone has any issues with receiving their orders, talk to the store manager. I was given 2 GC's for $25 each (for 2 separate orders I had problems with), because I didn't receive an email confirmation stating that my order was ready for pick-up within the allotted time. If you have any issues with the store manager, call Lowes CS number- 1-800-445-6937. I have noticed some people stating that they've had problems receiving orders, so this may help out.
