With all of the recent SSD deals, this deal will not help you at all. Big Grin

yep i would be concerned about vibration though since it doesnt seem as if these have rubber grommets but that might not be an issue

Not an issue except for sound.

2.5" drives can be mounted sideways in I think 2 bays if I recall right. You can get mounts that will take around 6 to 8.

In 3 bays you can get 4 3.5 inch drives. Also sideways mounted.

I build some weird heavy storage systems. Largest was 10 drives plus 2 optical for a digital photographer. I just upgraded her to 3TB drives up from 256GB and 500GB drives. Lots of free space in her case now!
