I wrote buy.com asking for the missing items. This is their BS reply. Does it says this crap on their website when you're buying stuff? I don't remember seeing it. Now I know for future reference.

Occasionally a manufacturer changes what they include in a package mid-production and they have done so with these buds. If you would like to return them please let me know and I will set up the return for you, otherwise you have received what the manufacturer is currently including with the item.
