I highlighted the relevent bit for you guys who are incapable of reading. Also if its processed by cloudreward center you might not ever get the giftcard. It will actually be one her name or household so your 5 dogs that each run their own business you still will only get one card. It is treated the same way as all free gift offers Officedepot does.

My Office Depot has maybe 3 employees working at any one time and only one checkout going. So I'd love to try your suggestion, but I just don't see it panning out for me.

I dont like the way you think because it wont work. You will get sent through regular mail a confirmation code which can take 4-6 weeks.Which you may or may never get. At that point you will need to create an account enter in that confirmation number and then wait another 4-6 weeks for the giftcard to be mailed to you and again you may or may never get it. They will only send one to your physical address aswell.

I just tried this at OD: bought $500 vanilla visa ($4.95 fee) and tried to use coupon. No dice. Manager even tried to override for me but he couldn't. Has to be a real merchandise purchase

Darn. Just another way that Office Depot (now) sucks more than Staples.

I was just gonna say that. Really $15 OD GC to buy overpriced merchandise from OD? forget that - I like Staples ER and MM and ink recycling deals.

yep me too!!...really got my blood boilin too..the mgr and the rep was a jerk.....implied I was trying to scam them.....F-U O.D. .....put it in the fine print so your customer no service monkeys can figure it out and spare me the drive on a this cold rainy morning!!
