This pocket-sized battery/dock measures only 2 3/4" long by 2 3/8" wide by 13/16" thick, yet it sports a 1500 mAh backup battery and a dock connector under the hood. The battery outputs 5 VDC/0.5A and holds a 1500 mAh charge, enough to completely recharge an iPhone or iPod battery.

The device serves as a sync dock when connected to a PC. Just plug a USB A male to USB mini-B male cable from the PC to the portable charging dock and it will both recharge the dock's battery and provide the data sync connection to the PC. The lid that covers the dock connector also serves as a prop to help hold your device in position. A small plastic tab cushions the device and prevents the back of it from coming into contact with the lid. A small button on the back of the battery/dock can be held down to show the charge level of the dock on the four small LEDs near the back, so you can easily tell when the battery is fully charged and ready for another day of use!
