*DEAD* EVGA X79 SLI LGA 2011 Motherboard *DEAD*

Hello there,
this is my first time, hope I am doing this right:
Newegg has the EVGA X79 SLI motherboard at 139.99 + 8.50 shipping, with a rebate:

EDIT : the rebate is now $30 and valid upon the 12/31/12, so the total is down to $118.5 with the rebate. Great price if you think you'll be lucky with this motherboard, which isn't the best one, according to a lot of reviews.

I did a bit of research, and I think this is the lowest price available right now (Google shopping gives two other lower prices, but one is OOS, and the other doesn't exist)

Maybe I shouldn't write that, but the rebate was $40 yesterday, and I saw it too late, sorry

EDIT2 : the deal is dead, price went back to $239.99 (-$30 rebate).
