I say don't get it if it's for the toy; it's beyond flimsy (it comes with pieces of tape for repair) and a bit hard to control.

Yeah, trying to decide whether to return mine to BB unopened. I was always skeptical about the $180 price -- but I figured, well, if it's really cool, and really rare, maybe it's worth it.

The problem is it's hard to tell the quality/value of the quad-rotor "toy." As people mentioned, there are some selling for $200-350 this season. I saw one at Costco for about $279. But they have mounted HD cameras and stuff. Also, I'm assuming that they have better motors/power/control, even though they do seem to be made of a rigid foam base.

Trouble is I don't want to open my Care Package because then probably BB won't take it back.

I really do like cool toys, but, it sounds like this thing isn't up to expectations.

This. You are better off just purchasing the game for $60 and making a homemade paper airplane.
