I've been eyeing the Hi Point 9mm carbine with for a while now but haven't found it in stock anywhere, especially not for this price. This is the newer model with the Tactical Stock and the last shot hold-open feature.

For Vance/Buckeye there is shipping cost (plus sales tax in Ohio). Local pickup is available. The stores are local to Columbus (Vance's Outdoors) and Newark/Hebron (Buckeye Outdoors).

Reviews are pretty good for these carbines, even if the pistols aren't well-received.

9mm (995TS) is $249

or $299 including a factory folding front grip (995FG/TS) -- The grip is only $30 from Amazon so if you're looking for the 9mm you can get the base model and add it for cheaper.

The .40S&W (4095) is $299.

It is also available from ImpactGuns.com for $293 including shipping, plus a FFL fee.

Bud's has this in stock, too. $286 & free shipping: (EDIT 12/3: No longer in stock)

Perhaps that's the case for the pistols. The rifles have many positive reviews.

I used to have one. It's ugly, but shot well. I sold it because I hated cleaning it, and it had very limited mag capacity.

Hard to find now at a low price: http://www.thektog.org/forum/f85/...dex69.html

B&H Gun Rack has a constant supply in Merritt Island, FL, they are down the road from KelTec. They are selling them for $300 with about a month wait after a $50-75 deposit.

I recently added all three Tacticool products to mine, haven't got to test out the buffer cylinder yet: http://www.tacticoolproducts.com/products/

If you go with a kel-tec sub2000 you will want a couple red lion products.

I have one.. the Beretta 96 .40 S&W version. It's been problematic from the start. FTF, FTE, and the entire barrel was turning in the foregrip. Sent back to Kel Tec and ten weeks later got it back with the barrel issue resolved, but still the FTE's with 180 gr. ammo. It seems to like the 165 gr. WWB okay. So, YMMV on this gun.
