Good deal, picked up two with one minor issue each. I'll see which looks better. Can anyone tell if these are the ones with special offers or without, or is this just one of those, you'll know when you get it things?

But be aware that I'm pretty sure you cannot use the Nook to read Kindle books, they have to be Barnes & Noble or public library ebooks.

Cant believe so many people bought the scratched up versions of these!!

The reviews I read claim that the BNRZ100 does have a browser similar to the kindle.

From the pictures of the "screen saver" frame of the kindles, they are the non special offer kinds. The special offer types would have ads on the screen instead of birds/women

You could see the individual pictures, and avoid super scratched up ones. Plus Cowboom pays for return shipping, so if you got a REALLY crappy one you can send it back (you'd lose out on the $5 original shipping though). I bet there will be MANY happy campers from this deal.

Could be, I just remember when they came out that the "experimental" kindle browser was sort of unique, and the nook was unable to match that aspect...

Managed to get a 5 after revisiting page when only 4's were left. Any links to decent cases with attached light?

I'll use my phone's adapter or usb cable to charge the kindle, so I don't need a new adapter.

I got the Kindle 3G $39.99 + free shipping from Cowboom last sale (2 weeks ago?). It was a grade 5. has blemish on screen but looks OK.

However, after a few days of use, I found it's defective. The "up" key is not working properly.

I contact Cowboom with chat this morning. The RMA was issue quickly with free shipping lable.

However,when I ask fro replacement, I was told they can't do replacement even they are having same condition ones on sale at the same moment. I was lucky to put one grade 5 into my cart. Then the rep agreed to upgrade the 7-10 day shipping to 3 day. I accepted although I did pay $5.xx for shipping.

So, I realized I shouldn't expect Amazon level service from Cowboom. If I found the problem on another day and didn't start the chat exactly when Cowboom having a new sale for Kindle 3G, and if I didn't grab a grade 5 during the chat, I don't even get a shipping upgrade. Oh, well...
