Or maybe just takes longer to find my order and cancel? The associate looked in her system and it was listed as $10. Then my mom called the same store and ordered hers. Neither of us have heard anything. When I ordered the associate did tell me it would be 12/14 before they were shipped. Lots of time between now and then.

I didn't receive any cancellation emails or calls, but Lowe's refunded to my Amex....

I ordered 20 rugs. No refund yet. I also received the same emails and calls that others have received. The same message about "compiling a list" and "deciding what will be done".

I received cancellation notice by e-mail from both Lowes and the manager at my local store... The charge on my card was pending up until today - It actually posted to my Credit Card... Pretty strange if you ask me.... It normally only posts once the item has shipped? Anyone else having this issue?

For my cancellation call today. They read off a script about online ordering. Reminded them I ordered from their store through the flooring associate. Still offered the customer care line who's mistake it was. Talked to two managers and they are mailing me a $20 gift card. Ive been hearing some stores are honoring the price. Does anyone have personal knowledge of this?

I went into the store to ask about my canceled order, but there was nothing the manager could do. We were there to get a new christmas tree so I asked if there was anything he could offer to help with that. He gave me 20% off the tree.
It is not $10 rugs, but I will take 20% off, and hopefully corporate will come back with some compensation. |

Just got a call from head office. Given a $20 gift card. She said EVERYONE will get this.

I ordered 2 rugs, each in a separate order. Only got one refund. Login to my account and it says the rugs are ready for pick up.

I still have not gotten a refund. I contacted lowes customer service and called the store and they told me refunds take up to 7 days. I used american express and can't believe it is taking this long for the money to be refunded.
