Logitech Revue - Google TV - $ 59.99 AR plus shipping

Thumbs up just because my friend was looking for a new one for his dad

Good price but just my own personal comments...

I tried to love this thing, gave up on it after 9 months. Started crashing, HDMI output froze, and it just isn't ready for prime time. Best part of it was using the remote IR blaster to use my iPad, Droid, etc to control stereo equipment.

Probably a good deal at $60, mine is now sitting in a closet, never to be used again.

worth trying for this price?

I have it and I love it. Just got another one for my brother-in-law.

No reason to spend this money anymore when you can buy a Google TV like device that also plays games and sits in your front pocket for portability.

Thought about buying an Android stick but decided against it since they they are Chinese made (yeah like many electronics) but zero support for it. See recent slickdeals deal which didn't find much attention.

Check the Amazon reviews. There are tons of products and many reviews between around 2 to 4 stars. It's kind of discouraging as the reviews are between excellent and "save your money". Hence, I decided to stick with the Revue due to my great experience with the device.

How did that work exactly? What was the IR blaster plugged into?

The Kev Master knows this is a hell of a price to buy it at.
