I have a pair of these, I've been using Ink'd for about 3 years now, both Mic and Non Mic versions - IMO can't beat the sound for the money, actually put a set through the wash and dryer and it still worked - did not lose any sound quality (to my surprise). I like them mostly for the deep bass and the sound canceling effect the ear cushions provide, I always try to have a unopened spare set, debating picking up a second spare set at this price, cheapest I've seen this year. Thanks OP

My Android Thunderbolt does recognize the Mic when I plug these in to answer the question above. No volume adjustment on these. (If I push the Mic it will try to call the last caller - if I hold the Mic button it will start the voice dial and listen for voice request)

edit: decided to pick up a second spare set, price is just too good.
