Keurig Rebate Invalid
I was tracking my rebate process from keurig purchased with the staples 20 off 50 breakroom coupon back in october and got this message.Rebate: Variable Reward Check Rebate Information For: ------------ Promotion: Keurig October Rebate Offer Submission Type: MAIL-IN Date Received: 10-29-2012 Status Detail: Invalid. Invalid Reason: Your submission for this promotion is not combinable with any other promotions. Anyone else get this? |

My rebate says this:
Rebate: $26.00 Check Rebate Information For: ----- Promotion: Keurig October Rebate Offer Submission Type: MAIL-IN Date Received: 11-19-2012 Status Detail: Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing. I purchased a Keurig B145 with a 20 off 75 BR coupon at Staples. And I paid with rewards. I mailed the Keurig rebate like 2-3 weeks after purchase. Got the $25 Staples easy rebate for it a couple days ago. Not sure what recourse you have, if any. |

i also bought the B145 at staples with that $25 easy rebate offer, and I have the invalid message because "promotions" cannot be combined? Yet some users on here have taken advantage of the same deals and are valid? Im going to have to call parago about this, i dont see any reason to invalidate.
now that I thikn about it i believe some sders were smart and submitted the mail in first really fast to have it validated, and the easy rebate you had 60 days to submit plus it can be all done online and just do that after the mail in is validated. I didnt do this sequence so that might have been it. |

luckily, im very happy with my keurig regardless of the final price paid. it's held up really well despite the negative reviews on it in regards to it stop working after a few weeks.

I called several times for updates, since my rebate received 11/6/12 was just mailed out 1/29/13. Their # is 855-843-1447. Not sure how much help they'll be...

I called Keurig. They were very nice and said there was no such notice on the rebate but there was nothing they could do. They said to call the rebate company again. I guess we are out our rebates. If this is happening to a lot of customers perhaps something can be done legally towards the rebate company for arbitrarily denying rebates when the stated terms are met |
