Is there anybody else whose note 2 does not have the last option on their phone Step 5: Choose [4]NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ. After that, wait for a minute. I have all the options available but that one? Any ideas |

He also notes that how well it works depends more on the provider than the phone itself unless the phone's supported frequency is different from the provider's frequency, then there could be some issues with how well it works. Regards,
