WalBorn (Walgreen's Brand) Settlement
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/cases/walg...index.shtm
You may be eligible for a refund.
Walgreens has agreed to pay nearly $6 million to settle FTC charges that the company made deceptive claims about its “Wal-Born” line of dietary supplements. According to the FTC, Walgreens claimed that Wal-Born could effectively prevent colds, fight germs, and boost the immune system, but the company did not back up those claims with scientific evidence.
Anyone who bought “Wal-Born” supplements between December 1, 2004, and March 29, 2010, can apply for a refund. Each person is eligible to receive up to $5 per product purchased for up to six products. The deadline to file a claim is February 4, 2013.
I know there are many of us here that have "bought" WalBorn since 2004. The form is easy to fill out.
