Called them at 1-800-265-8456. Apparently mine is still scheduled to be processed and I should get my check within 2-3 weeks (!) but the agent on the phone said they'll "escalate it" since it has been a while.

BTW, if you accidentally dial the number wrong and dialed -8465 instead, you'll get an adult chat line apparently...

No rebate here. Parents didn't get theirs either.

I just called them at 800-265-8456. They said neither my rebate nor my parent's have even had their checks processed yet let alone mailed. They said to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. She said over 5,000 people sent in rebate checks and it overwhelmed them and they are very far behind (somehow I didn't think 5,000 is very much). She said they've been processing them in order of who have called-in to complain first. So I would recommend calling if you want yours prioritized enough to see it before 2013 ends.

Looks like 6 weeks is turning into 6 months. If you haven't called yet, you should or you may never get it. That may be what they are counting on. Did anyone receive their check already without calling in?

Hey all I called in exactly 2 weeks ago asking them for a status update on my rebate. They said it was received but not yet processed. She said she'd go ahead and put it on "expedited" for me and that I could expect the rebate in my mail in two weeks. Sure enough, exactly 2 weeks later (today), I received it in my mail.

Called today, they said I should have it in a couple weeks. Wow, i might get it a year from purchase at this point.

Just called, they said that will be receiving anytime now. The checks have been mailed and are coming from Canada. I dont know if someone is actually walking to the united states from Canada since it has been over 5 months since i submitted the rebate.
