I ordered a substantial amount of clothing. I'm talking over $1k worth of Christmas shopping (after discounts). Everything shipped but I did have to wait a week before getting a tracking number (which is uncommon). I don't think they're cancelling orders because of the deal itself. Its possible the items are just out of stock. I read from some others in this forum that if its in stock but an order was cancelled, you should call them, tell them it was cancelled, and they'll reorder it for you at the discounted price.
I also spoke with a rep thinking my order was cancelled (so I could plan my shopping accordingly) and she said they've never had a such a high flow of orders come through in a short period of time. Their warehouse department if highly overwhelmed which may explain the delay and incorrect cancellations (and any out of stock items). To compensate, they've been shipping items using a faster method (i.e. 2 day shipping).
