Has anyone used the $5/$25 and the 15% f&f at PetSmart together this weekend? I was only in an area with PetCo. I was wondering if the 15% was deducting 15% from all the coupons also, as it's done in the past.

Got a direct mailer yesterday (large postcard) from PetsMart

Sheba cat food B2G1 valid only at PetsMart MQ (1/6/03)

Here is the weird part --- the coupon reads "Cashier: Scan both bar codes."
There is a GS1 barcode and a barcode that starts with a 4 ( store coupon?).

So keep an eye on your mailers, you might get this one.

Yes, I used this last night for the litter deal, and yes, $5/25 stacks okay with %15.
the % comes off your total and is listed after before your tax.

Gave 5/25 first than handed in 15%

I know they can be used together, but did you use other mq's? In the past the 15% has reduced the amount of the coupons also.

For exapmple, you have a $100 order and use $30 in mq's---the 15% would reduce those mq's by $4.50. I was just curious if the registers still did this. It seems the register would just reduce each line by 15%, regardless of the fact if it was an item being purchased or should have been a deduction.

If you have a large order and a lot of coupons, you really have to look close sometimes to realize that the coupons are also being reduced. Perhaps they fixed it, but it had been going on for years.

In the past, I have had that issues with Petco, but not Petsmart. No issues but I only had one $3 off coupon with my order. HTH

Thanks! I won a cat toy! How do you redeem, do they send you an email eventually? I didn't have an option to print anything for it and haven't gotten an email yet.

They send you an email with a link to print the coupon. I won the cat toy as well. It is a PetsMart store coupon exp 1/15/13

The last few times we had both a $ and a % off the 15% would only come off on whatever is left after Qs, no matter if you give it at the beginning of the transaction or at the end.
I have used both in several transactions, np. Today was shot down for the first time.
But it usually only makes a few pennies difference for me, when I have good Qs and a $ off to stack

They would not let me have overage, but they let me stack with the more expensive food!
Also watch out for peelies "2 free cans wyb a bag" on the more expensive variety

Thanks for the report. Sounds like the way it's been for years. I can rest easy not pet food shopping this weekend.
