From the description it seems that there is no mounting equipment included, did I read that correctly? If so then another 25 plus bucks to the price.

question- I have an older garmin and am looking for a GPS for another vehicle. If I get a garmin with lifetime map updates, can I use the files to update the older Garmin?

No . Life-Time map updates are tied to your specific gps by model and serial number . |

This is a great deal for a 50LM with the large screen and lifetime maps. If you're holding out for Lifetime Traffic, you should just go ahead and get it.
The traffic is not accurate on GPS units and you shouldn't rely on them anyways. |

Do not bother getting the models with traffic. It's terribly inaccurate. If traffic is important to you your better off using google maps on your smartphone.
