I have the tomtom GPS app on my iPhone and I always get a signal without data and I've never gotten lost...

I have / used this model GPS for past year - great unit.. Purchase this deal (50LM) for my wife / xmas gift. Walmart will be disappointed, will be returning the the NON-Life-Time Maps version of this model (50) I purchased last week.

Yeh , this is normal packaging these days from Garmin . They used to have a sealed box or some sort of plasic around the unit (or both) , but this is no longer the case these days . Last edited by stereo55; 12-20-2012 at 10:59 PM.. |

Anyone have issues updating their unit?
I am getting "The Product Key you entered is not a valid Product Key." from Garmin Map Updater v3.1.20 that the dashboard website tells me to download. So I am stuck with 2013.10 maps when there is 2013.30 maps available. Also, can some of you guys who did update search for town of Bear Valley, CA? It's not finding it for me with the OEM maps. Not sure if it's a Garmin or Navteq issue. |
