This is a great item. We currently have 2 of them. The automatic on feature is one of the best. How many times have you had a call come in while you are driving and you forgot to turn your speakerphone on. For the most part, you'll never have to worry about that again.
Not a perfect system however. The bluetooth range is stronger than it needs to be. As an example - be talking on the phone as you approach the car, open and close a door or the trunk and if you are still outside your car, chances are you will loose incoming audio because it will have switched over to the speakerphone (that is inside the car). Or go out to your car, and then run back into the house to get something - the bluetooth may be connected, it may not (when you finally do start driving. As long as you are aware of these pittfalls, no problem, easy to workaround. The battery seems to last forever in this thing. Jabra does however recommend that you do a full charge once a month. Charger is nice in that it works both in the car, and in the house. I would absolutely buy this item again for the auto-on feature. Not all Jabra models do this, but the Journey does. |

Like when I said Kohls sucks in one thread, someone mod alerted it and I got a warning telling me not to thread crap. Everyone has an opinion, that's what we're here for is to post and discuss deals. I've had plenty of bad experiences with Kohls, same with Walmart. So that's my opinion. You were giving some alternatives and some information some people, like myself, might not of known about. I appreciate it! And i'm sure a lot of other people do too, so don't feel discouraged

I've read reviews of this one as well as the Gogroove model, and decided to go with the gogroove model for music/streaming radio option.
My civic has the aux input, so that I don't have to use the FM transmitter for much better sound. Only thing I am not sure is how the mic will pick up while I am drive. Jabra sits right above your head, so, I have to guess that the voicecall would be much better with Jabra. For listening to audio, it would be much better with Gogroove via car speaker. Will see...I would like to get the best of both world, but at this point, my research is pointing me to the Gogroove option. Once it is received, I will do some testing as well. This sounds like a winner as well. |

http://www.jabra.com/Products/Spe...Jabra_TOU this is what costco is selling now. i saw a few of the jabra journeys still on the shelf, but i chose this because it looked nicer and i was guessing is newer and should be improved. |

also there is no noise canceling, and the phone needs to be mounted to be close to you to talk. the jabra is pretty awesome and i used to not be a believer but after using it for a week i'm sold. |

I know what you mean. I will give both of them a try, and keep the one that fits my needs. I want the unit where I can do both the music and call... |
