Tires Plus is having their buy 3 get 1 free for the Falken Ziex ZE-912 with coupon from 12/1 to 12/31. Prices may vary depending on region, but I don't believe you have to buy any ridiculous installation packages, other than the standard install.

Tirerack doesn't have any reviews of the tire (I don't think they stock it). Seems to get good reviews all around but it was this comparison test that led me to buy a set a few years ago:

As long as you're not drifting, auto-crossing, etc it's more than enough for the general public. A wise man once said, to try and be a smartass you have to first be smart. They have good grip but poor steering response because the sidewalls are somewhat soft. They're good enough for 75% of people though. Make sure you add a few more PSI to compensate for the sidewalls.

Pretty much spot on. I've only had these tires for 2 years / 30K miles and they're already down to their last 25%. They've also gotten louder with time. For my 205/45/16 the sweet spot for steering response and optimal mpg is 36psi. They've been good to me, but I don't like them. Replacing them with some Kumho Ecsta 4x when they're run down.

They apparently don't exist anywhere near me.

Everything I've read on these tires is that they do great in hot states but miserably in cold states. Don't bother with them if you do a lot of driving on wet roads or in cold weather.
