How about double the storage? Comparitively priced the N7 is 8g and FireHD is 16....

I don't use an Android tablet so not sure what is available via the Google Play store these days. Are there in fact free Android versions of these apps? If so, and one is a Prime member, it sort of cancels out the Kindle Fire's advantage in my opinion.

Well, there's no HDMI output, no dual speakers, and no Amazon Prime videos on a Nexus 7.
