Purchased a Nexus 7 32gb with my $120 + $48 + $5 Reward = $92 shipped free by Dec. 24th!
Plus I got my Slingbox 500 via a PM from Bestbuy and was able to return the 350 they sent me. It was a frustrating journey but Kmart did right and I have to say I am happy.

Hope everyone got what they wanted from this deal.

I received the $120 gift card and finally a shipping label to return the 350 they sent.

Good thing I was able to get 2 of the 500's through a PM with Best Buy. The coupon code they sent was dead once the SD boards got wind of it.

Almost a month later, they still haven't sent me a refund. Only added a $10 gc to my account...


edit: just checked, they took out the $10 gc from my account......

I used a $10 gift card which has yet to be replaced. I called and they're escalating it.

It's a shame their customer service reps have zero ability to do anything whatsoever. Of course, that doesn't surprise me I guess. It's the same company that charges your credit card when you place an order vs when it ships, has no automated system to detect when orders are delayed/can't be shipped (I ordered some Brave Blu-Rays from them in November, estimated arrival date of December 2nd .. as of today, still not shipped (though charged in November for them), and still waiting on a refund (they keep saying they have to escalate). Already did a chargeback for that as well, but their system is completely ridiculous) - I know of no other major retailer that charges your card prior to an order shipping.

Yeah they are kind of joke. I ordered a smoker from them in August and never received a notice of shipment/tracking number. Online system indicated 'processing' for a couple of days. I always try to get tracking on larger/expensive items so I can make arrangements to look out for it. I called and they said there was a delay in shipping. I came home that day and guess what was sitting in front of my neighbor's house? Yep, my $240 smoker. Luckily, that neighbor is a cool dude and I had no problems. But I could only imagine if it was my other neighbor....those shyster's would have hauled it in and claimed they know nothing.

Still waiting for refunds on my almost $600 in gift cards. Would appreciate any details RE successful resolutions of this. TIA.
