Discover card - easy way to verify CB?

I have the same issue and I don't think there is a way. Luckily, I think ShopDiscover is broken down nicer since I have an entry as "SHOPDISCOVER 10% SEARS.COM" with a dollar amount next to it. However, I don't think there's anyway to look at normal non-ShopDiscover cashback.

I buy a lot from Sears and HD, unfortunately all the CB is a single line item

I only have been getting email for the regular discover CB. Nothing for the 5% online bonus. I've been running about only 50% success with the 5% online bonus based on my statement. I deem it a scam and will stop using my discover card again. Just not worth it.

gotcha, yeah I misunderstood the intention of OP if this is what they meant. I get emails from ShopDiscover. The 5% online quarterly bonus is just a line item. However, it's been spot on for me when I've checked it on my statements.

I get emails for SHopDiscover purchases - most retailers are good about posting it ASAP but others are delinquents - the worst one I've had is from MArriott, literally 4 months after my stay I get a ShopDiscover email and I'm trying to think when the hell I stayed there.

As for the quarterly bonuses, special bonuses and the run of the mill 1%, there's no way to effectively track it.

Instead, I pretty much know what I clicked through for, and will have to reconcile ShopDiscover emails with account activity to make sure everything goes correctly. What sucks, as I said, is that the verbage says it may take 6-8 weeks for CB to "go through", which means the CSR's won't even talk to you about it until then, likely after you've forgotten about it.

Also, getting CB credited is a PITA - the one time I've called them for it, they had me fax in receipts, etc etc. Heck, I remember CB with Bing - a quick email and they'd credit the CB with no issues.

I seem to be having this problem as well. I didnt recieve any 5% cb from my online shopping from walmart.com and tigerdirect.com in October. I'll wait the standard 8 weeks and give them a call

i would like more transparency in this matter as well. i am always curious and wondering if they had really gave me my cashback or not..

not much help, I quit using it except for a couple retailers ( Lowes namely ) just to much of a pain to verify and to then try and claim if you did not get it.
