Not sure if this is a good deal or not ($300+ for a Lego set?!?), but that is scary that this is $75 more than the Sharp Aquos LED I just bought.

Death Star is on DS's Christmas wish list too. It was ~$339 the other day at Amazon.
I was really hoping for 25% off before Christmas, though. -- I do not believe in putting controversial statements about politics or social issues in my signature on a shopping site --

It was also very briefly on sale at TRU last week for B1G1 50% off + $25 more off with a Mastercard +10% cashback in TRU rewards and 6% cashback from the usual sites. But by the time I saw it, the expensive sets were not eligible for the promotion.
I saw one used for $310 on ebay with free shipping that claimed to be 100% complete but would have been more comfortable with a new one. Plus it would take forever to build the whole thing and see if its really complete. |
