T-mobile has the LG Optimus L9 in their online prepaid store for $269.99, a discount of over $100.00 off the "Value Plan" price. Cashback is available from some sites. Phone can be used on any T-mobile plan including the Value Plan where you get a lower rate if you bring your own phone.
