I still haven't gotten my $100. After convincing the Amazon person that I was in fact supposed to get an automatic $100 within 7 days and not a gift card code emailed sometime before March 31, she said that today is listed as the day I'm supposed to get the credit and if it doesn't show up by end of day to call back tomorrow. Did the credit just show up under available gift card balance, or did you have to input an emailed code? I've checked my spam folder just to be safe - no email and no automatic deposit. I hope it shows up sometime today since I was waiting on that to order a wall mount for this tv (any recommendations btw?)
UPDATE: Still no credit. Called today after checking to make sure it didn't show up in my account, email, or spam folder. Was told they are "working on getting me a new code" and that it may take a few more days... Last edited by hwhitney; 12-13-2012 at 06:43 AM.. Reason: Update |

I got an email from Amazon today letting me know that the credit was applied to my account. It doesn't show the balance anywhere that I can find, but if I add an item from Amazon.com and proceed to check out, the promotional credit is applied. I received my TV on Wednesday.

I called today to get the 100 dollar credit for the price drop of the 47inch today and was granted it. But I am still waiting on my $100 dollar promo credit. The rep said it was for users who signed up for the Dish, but I explained to him what was on my screen shot and he said that I should received it 7 days after ship.
I hope the do not confused my 100 price drop credit with my 100 promo credit. Do anyone know if they received a amazon code or it just post into your gift card account?? |

Have had the tv for a bit and really like it - expected worse at this price. |

When I placed my order last week I saw a page that said "You qualified for a $100 promo credit!" but I never saw anything after that. No email or anything. TV should be delivered in the morning. Can anyone help? I want my $100 credit! |

Love, can you please send/PM me a screenshot of the actual promo page? I emailed amazon and they're asking for a link and more details regarding the promo (like they don't know what I'm talking about :/ )
They want the following info: - The promotional claim code for the offer. - The URL or directions to where the promotional offer was located on Amazon.com. - Any dates listed within the offer. - And, any other specific details of the offer you can locate. Thanks so much! P.S. that link you posted earlier takes me to the rules and restrictions, but no longer describes what items were included in the promo. When I clicked it the other day it described which TV's were valid with it, but they're no longer listed. Freaking amazon. |
