I've got the LM version and it's a nice GPS. Fast to lock, big screen, and gets the routes right. Having a 5" with split screen is a nice upgrade from the smaller previous Garmins.

Nice GPS but I will never get one with LM again. Ever. My 4 and 7 year old Garmin's all work great yet with no issues except old maps. Well worth the added (small) $$ for LM on a Garmin.

LM means Lifetime Maps. Your allow to update the maps (if available for download) 3 times a year.

The map updates are very expensive if purchased separately. I would stick with the LM models.

This GPS is one year old. I bought it last year at a discount at Staples.
My GPS screen broke because apparently it can not handle simple screen press and the glass crack. Last edited by defiantroa; 12-04-2012 at 06:38 AM..  |
