If you get their snail mailed circular, it's on the front cover.

They open at 8 AM both Tuesday and Wednesday...coupon is good until 1 PM each day.

Coupon has many exclusions. It is not all sale and clearance merchandise as OP posted.

Many but not all. Not on the Morning Specials at all. You really don't know until you are at the register and the coupon is accepted or declined by the system. The cashier has no idea ahead of time.

What I normally do is bring a 20% off all day snail mailed Macy's coupon for Macy's credit card customers as a backup. That way if the $10 coupon gets declined, I can use it for the items that are eligible for coupons in the order. It will also tell me which item(s) coupons are not valid for on that receipt. Of course, if you only have one item in the order and the coupon is declined, you know right off the bat...

For those that can't make it before 1 PM on either Tuesday or Wednesday, in major newspapers today, Sunday, December 2, on the back of the Macy's full color insert "The Perfect Gift Sale", there are coupons for $15 off $50, $25 off $100 and $50 off $200. They are valid now through 12/12.
