if the deal ends at midnight I don't think i'll buy from dell again. can't even get an answer from chat support

System price and EPP coupons are still good, but the gift card promotion is ended.

I tried to get the Dell rep to give me a little on price or free Win 8 pro or SOMETHING since I missed the gift card promo by about 5 hours. But he wouldn't budge, said he has never seen a system this far below cost before. Tried his supervisor, still no go. I ordered 2 anyway for me and a friend. So I lost $90 by not ordering yesterday. It would make me feel better if someone would please cry for me so I know you care.

Also, franzcatch reported in his Samsung 55" LED thread that he bought one yesterday morning and got the promo gc.

Would be nice if this still works, promo details still says Ends 12/28 though.

I didn't see a chat option on CashStar's website. Their hours say 8 to 8 EST. Odds are I won't hear anything until Wednesday.

I would also be interested. If this works I will go ahead and pull the trigger. Otherwise guess I will build my next system. With tax at $449 it is not really a hot deal. With the Dell deals and the HP deal it has been a long time since I had to build a system. These deals were just too good

Also, how difficult to get a refund on gift card if it does not work?

I probably wouldn't take chances on it after this chat with Dell. Sure does take them a while to remove this from their website. I guess too much partying in India.
