Is this saying you can't combine with another promo card on the same order? Or you can't combine with another gift card on the same order?

No to both(you can do both & more):

It means promo eGift Card consolidated with another promo eGift Card,can not be done.

However, they can be combined for payment on one order, up to three (3) if the order's total is less than that total amount of promo credits(say $225).
Or (2) & a regular GC(consolidated or not) or credit card.
Or (1) & a regular GC(consolidated or not) & credit card.
Up to (3) modes(units) of payment can be used on one order, if you call the order in. (2 modes otherwise)

15 minutes. I got mine in the cart ready to pull the trigger.

I chose the smaller ssd. With tax it's $693. This is for a "new" one not refurbished.

Not bad I guess.

From my research that there is something lacking in everyone of these ultrabooks. It's hard to imitate Apple and remain competitive with pricing. So there will be compromise if you're trying to find a much cheaper alternative to Apple Macbook.

It's over, but the other day, you could buy $700 worth of GCs, a $500 one and 2 $100 ones...then there were two 10% off codes that you could use on the $500 card, so you paid $605 for all of them. Then add in 4% fatcash and an AMEX promo to get $150 off a $599 purchase, and the net cost for $700 in GCs was $430.80.
