lol, read amazon reviews if you want extremely biased reviews by butt hurt fanboys who've waited a decade for this game only to see that it requires constant online connection and purchasing equipment from the auction house to play on the most difficult setting after 500 hours of leveling up their characters. Doesn't matter if the game meets their expectations or not. This is not a crappy game by any standards. Hell, its got an 88 on metacritic. I don't know about you but I tend to trust professional reviewers then fanboys who either give a game a 10 or a 1, and often times, a sequel thats gotten so much hype that its virtually impossible to meet expectations no matter how well the game does will usually be bashed by a handful of extremely vocal gamers. Indy games on the other hand with no expectations tend to be pretty popular amongst hipster gamers who hate everything popular. If you compared diablo III to most other games and not to diablo I&II, you'll see its a pretty decent game. In other games, you expect at most 30 hours for single player. If you have the same exact expectations playing diablo 3, you'll have a good time. If you expect to play 1000 hours on diablo 3, eventually you'll reach a ceiling where you'll either have to grind or use real money to buy equipment. Neither of which are fun, and both of these are the reasons why diablo 3's gotten such a bad rep.
