I think reviews are favorable. I don't think there is a perfect lens out there, so as long as it's solid, I'd go with that. I wouldn't want to buy something that's cheaper but much crappier

Bah I've been researching this lens for months! The Canon is still 2x the cost used of this lens....so tempted

Wish they had this lens through Amazon for this price, adorama still shows 829 through amazon. Have GC's for Amazon grabbed from HEB last week combining both would make this a nice deal
