Have the same issue, thought that coupon is not applicable to the cheaper items, but they show in the list of eligible items, so not sure. but do have the same issue

For some reason, it only gave me the 25% on five items total, so that may be what is giving some of you problems.

so on the last page i removed and re-entered the code and then it worked....!

Anyone else have their entire order canceled?

I had most of my order ready but had to stop and go to an appointment. When I came back one of the things I really wanted was oos so I had to decide what else I wanted instead. Once I had it all ready, it wouldn't accept the code anymore. It said it was expired even though it was only 2 p.m. here and it was supposed to go until 3 p.m. I ended up going to the store and using it in store with my groupon but the online deal was better because they were already half off. In store, it was half off with the coupon, not before the coupon. Next time I'll just be late to my appointment!

Where did you hear they're being discontinued? I haven't seen anything about that and from what I've seen around here that doesn't seem to be the case. I know our TRU has had fewer selections but the other TRU that's further away always has a pretty good selection. My granddaughters also play with the original ones that their mom had. I kept them all!

yes!! the last 3 times I have ordered from toys r us this has happened to me...I don't understand it though and customer service gives me some BS answer each time. I refuse to shop from there anymore.

geeeezzzz I didn't know it was until 3pm Wednesday ET, I'm on Pacific time so I thought I could wait. When I tried to place my order at 1:50pm, the 25% code was already expired =(....I really needed to buy these for XMas gifts too
