My order still says processing, who knows if we will ever get these. I also emailed them yesterday asking when order will be shipped and haven't received any response yet.

Received a reply just a while ago. They say that it may take 3 to 10 business days to process / ship items. They anticipate that the orders will be shippe within the next several business days... :-\

Got my shipping confirmation 2 days ago but UPS says no package yet. I'm sure UPS picks up there daily, what's the deal.
Also I ordered 2 then went back 5 minutes later and ordered 3 more on another order. Only received shipping confirmation for the 3 order. WT........ |

Ordered the 5th, no shipping confirmation, they charged my credit card, but when I login to their site it says my account has no orders in its history
