For the first item, reviews are bad, even though reviewers don't all realize it. The brands they list are all bargain lines, usually only about $1 originally. Many brands they list are discontinued so the polish will obviously be old. People had problems with missing brushes, sample sizes, and duplicates.

If you want a $20 grab bag of cheap polish, it looks like you'd do better going to a drugstore and choosing 20 Wet & Wild or NYC polishes for $1 apiece.

The second item is a Kleancolor listing. $47 for 48 polishes and three removers. Kleancolor polishes have a better reputation (decent for a cheap brand), but they're usually only $1 apiece. This deal would get you additional removers but I'm not sure that makes it a slick deal. A better bet than the first deal, but I think it's still smarter to go in person and choose your colors for basically the same price.
