canon just have more FF models, I even saw a 5D for 550 used before... that's really sick for a FF camera body... yeah low MP and old tech, but the high ISO performance is out doing most if not all the APS-C on the market today... I saved a bit on sony lens though. not a lot of people use them so the lens are cheaper.

i have to agree that sony is underrated probably most so with the new a99. sony kept it very light and very capable and stepped up hd video to 1080p at 60 fps which is accompanies with their dual autofocus system. sonys fixed mirror system is also pretty cool with its full frame sensor. any thoughts on how it might stack up in the real world next to a canon 5dm3?
