..yeah. Click the link, look at the specs (small box on the bottom right), it lists Intel® HD Graphics 4000.
This is an okay machine if you want a cheap 17" laptop, but honestly I'd rather pay a lot less for an i3.. most people won't notice a performance difference, and you could save yourself a lot of money. |

Seems like a relatively lukewarm deal for the specs.
Especially since you can pick up an identical one (scratch & dent - which tends to have decent quality from Dell) at the outlet for $471 AC (L442SDBKF7JDSQ). Knocking off $130 seems like a no-brainer to me. http://outlet.us.dell.com/ARBOnli...d=94967501 |

I game some. Diablo 3/Skyrim/etc. How does the video card compare to the NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT, which is what I currently have and is sufficient?
Other than the video card and being uneasy with 17" (TWSS), looks good to me. |

So pretty much fine, if you are willing to run them on low graphics settings. In regards to your card you have now, if you have truly dedicated memory on the 8600M GT then the HD4000 will be equal. If you have shared memory with the 86000M GT then the HD4000 will actually be a bit of an improvement, when combined with the processor in the 17r Last edited by ps26; 12-07-2012 at 07:47 AM..
