Istanbul is one of the best city in Europe. I have been in Paris, London a couple of times before and many cities in Europe, but Istanbul was the best as a historical city and its own natural beauty, actually Istanbul is the history itself.
But ofc be careful, scammers all around

I just came back from Istanbul a week and a half ago. Great city to visit. This deal is almost as good as the one I got from ORD on Turkish Airlines.
The people are friendly and you have no sense whatsoever of the skirmish at the Syrian border. We were there during the recent Israel flare-up, and everything was perfectly fine. |

There's also a deal from LAX, non-stop, which is the best way to go to Istanbul, for 1/1 through 2/28 for $797.
Being born and raised there i would know, Jan / Feb are NOT the best times to go. September should be your first choice, followed by May and June. But if you're looking for a good deal, it very rarely goes below $600. What's posted is a good deal for a good time to go. |

Just bought tix for the wife and I! We live in Houston and have a good friend working in Istanbul for a year. Seems like this deal was made for us. Planning to make a side trip to Athens.
