Went through the ordering process and was given an estimated delivery date of January 22nd. (AT&T) No thanks. Just can't wait that long. Too bad.

I would buy this now if it was that price or even $199 for an upgrade. $250 is a bit too close to the normal $300 price for me.

not to be rude, but if I had a nickel for every time i've read "CA tax kills it for me" ... Like the phrase has become a caricature of itself rather than having meaning. Aaaaaaanyway. Good deal thanks op TU!

I bought this one from Amazon for $149.99(upgrade). I price matched it couple of times lowered it from 249.99 to 199.99 and then to 149.99 ( after walmarts $250 + $100 gift card offer ). They have give me estimated date of Jan 4th. But it usually arrives lot quicker. I got this phone 2 weeks back and the features are just mind blowing.
