That happened to me with a GWP item last month and the GWP shipped the next day. Bummed that I missed out on this set, I wasted too much time trying to figure out what to buy to get it.

Got my shipments notice for everything except the gift this morning, and then this afternoon they cancelled the gift portion. So stupid.. Going to be refusing delivery of the initial shipment as the gift was the main reason for the buy.

Just got the notification the giftset cancelled as well. Boo hiss.

Same here...everything charged and shipped - except the gift, which they cancelled!

Me too. This is bull. They wait until after they ship the other items before sending the email that the free gift won't be honored......I don't think so! This was my first purchase from beauty.com and now it will be my last as well.

Same here - The box arrived while I was out on Friday and no gift. Returning item I purchased. Never again with them.

Beauty.com does this sort of bait and switch scam all the time!!! They should be sued

Oh yeah--I agree with all of you! Our "free gift with purchase" really should have been kept track of by the company and when they were out-they should have listed it as out of stock!
I just called up and told the girl that the main reason why I purchased the Philosophy ornament was because of the "free gift" I would be getting with it. She said that I could return it--but that it would cost basically $5 off of the credit they would put back on my card! Seriously?!?! That would be like just like throwing $5 away. Whatever! I'm pissed and I won't be purchasing from them anymore!
