Lowest Priced Android 4.0 PC Stick, 1Ghz CPU, HDMI, GPU, FREE SHIPPING @ $34.99
I've posted a couple of deals and I've been watching every change in the Android PC Stick / TV Box market for the last 2-3 months or so and this is the lowest price I've seen to date.

One of the things that makes this a bit different from other offerings is that it has a, "U-Disk" capability where it turns into a Flash / USB storage drive that can be plugged directly into a PC or Laptop.
It features a button on the side that you press and it turns from a PC Stick with an Android UI to a Storage device recognized by your computer as a Hard Drive.
Neat trick.
Runs Ubuntu.
Runs Linux.

Runs NetFlix.

Rooted.
One other nice points is that it supposedly suffers none of the WiFi issues that plagued the MK802 series.
It also charges / powers off of the USB port, has a TV Launcher for viewing programs or movies, has a Power Off function, and allows external microphones to be plugged in to use with Skype or as a WiFi phone.
