Wish I had the money

I got this few months back from woot (refurbished) and couldnt be any happier. Although it is kind of expensive that others that can range from $20 upwards, but every word of the positive reviews is true. If u have the money, there are no 2nd guesses, you would not be disappointed. Even my money conscious wife loves it and it says a lot!!

is 1800 watts something a normal household should be worried about?

This is an awesome appliance. We are in a very small basement apartment and I like to bake and cook. This was the perfect solution. Cheaper oven toasters break easily or temperature is all over the place. For the first time, I can bake perfectly! Our place has a terrible electrical but it can handle this. I recommend not using another high amp appliance together in one circuit for safety.

I think I got ours at BBB at the same price after using their 20% coupon. Not entirely sure.

I'm not an electrician, but you will need at least a 15 amp circuit to run this (1800 watts / 120 volts). Most standard kitchen circuits are 15 amp, but this means you probably can't run another appliance at the same time on the same circuit.

I have this and it runs very well in my kitchen with everything on. 1800 watts is the max output which it will never see. My lights never dimm when its own, unlike my wifes crazy hair dryer that can dimm the lights in the bathroom. Dont worry about power, its fine.

We got this at full price a few months ago. It's quite large; it will fill a standard depth counter top when the door is open, but it's a fantastic device. As long as what we are cooking/heating fits, we use this instead of our conventional oven. Highly Recommended...

im just so annoyed that breville only offers 1 year warranties. that makes me feel like they have no faith in their products. just bought a $600 (orig $1000) espresso maker from them with a ..... one year warranty. REALLY? granted its a great product but the thought of it breaking makes me nervous

can someone who has owned this tell me if this would fit 1 or 2 regular (1-pound) bread loaf pan? I believe the dimension of each pan is around 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 by 2-3/4-Inch. I would like to bake pound cake, bread etc. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I feel you. Although I believe it's less about faith, but more about maximizing profit. You can always buy extended warranty that will cost your pocket not theirs. However, my sony laptop also came with 1 year warranty just like my led tv, but both are still going strong even after 3 years. So don't worry it will be fine. You will probably want to upgrade before this current coffee makers dies on you

I just stuck two loaf pans in mine and they fit easily. I have pans without any handles or wide edges.

I've had mine for a year and a half and we use it for a solid 95% of our cooking. Lasagna, ziti, cakes, roasts, cookies, pizzas. Everything. The fact that it fits a 13x9 (one without handles) is what sold us. It cooks faster and heats up faster than the regular oven so unless we are cooking multiple trays of something, we always use the Breville.

Edited to add that we are a family of 6, and it meets the needs of most of our large dinners.
